Creating a workplace where everyone belongs

Keenfinity Group is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace where all employees are treated with fairness, dignity, and respect. We value multi-faceted perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences as key drivers of innovation, collaboration, and long-term success.

Building on this foundation, we ensure equal opportunity by prohibiting discrimination based on protected characteristics across all stages of employment. Additionally, we uphold human rights and fair labor practices through robust internal policies aligned with international standards.

Empowered culture, driven by people

In parallel, we are actively driving a broader cultural transformation through dedicated initiatives that prioritize employee wellbeing while supporting successful business transformation.

A key part of this transformation is ensuring that every voice is heard, which is why we conduct bi-annual employee engagement surveys. These support our management in gaining regular insight into how employees experience leadership, culture, and collaboration in their work environment to identify priorities and derive measures to foster a positive workplace.

The results are actively translated into meaningful actions and continuous improvements, ensuring our people are supported and empowered to develop.

Ultimately, through transparent communication, strong collaboration, and ongoing development opportunities, we foster a work environment where employees feel valued and empowered to contribute meaningfully to our shared purpose and further strengthen their skills.

Ensuring health and safety across all operations

Protecting the health and safety of our employees and the users of our products is a fundamental priority. Internally, we apply a structured Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) approach guided by our “Guidelines of Work Safety and Environmental Protection”. This policy defines the responsibilities of all personnel across the Group to prevent injuries, health hazards, and environmental damage, while ensuring full compliance with applicable legal requirements and Group-specific HSE standards.

Our initiatives include comprehensive safety programs, training, audits, and continuous monitoring to promote a safe and healthy working environment across all locations.

Safe materials, responsible products

Beyond our operations, we are committed to managing substances of concern in our products responsibly. We comply with existing product compliance regulatory ensuring the restriction and safe handling of hazardous substances.

Through our Design for Environment approach, we work to reduce and replace harmful materials wherever possible, integrating safety and sustainability into product design and development.

Our centralized material data system, combined with close collaboration with suppliers, enables full visibility and control over the substances used in our products. This data-driven approach supports regulatory compliance, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Underlining this commitment, we fully adhere to the EU REACH Regulation (EC No. 1907/2006), ensuring a high level of protection for both the environment and human health through the responsible management of chemical substances.

The RoHS Directive (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) restricts the use of hazardous materials such as lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, PBB, and PBDE in electrical and electronic equipment.

Our products do not contain substances of very high concern (SVHCs) above the 0.1% threshold, except for those transparently disclosed and regularly updated on our website.
