Trusted governance, driven by integrity.

Strong governance is the foundation of Keenfinity Group’s responsible and resilient business practices. We are committed to conducting our operations with integrity, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Through clear policies, structured processes, and defined responsibilities, we embed ethical behavior, legal compliance, and digital trust across our organization and value chain.

Sustainable governance, ensuring integrity and compliance.

We continuously strengthen our governance framework through clear policies and guidelines that define expected behaviors and decision-making standards across the organization.

To implement these principles, we established clear conduct guidelines embedded in our company policies. These policies provide a consistent framework for ethical behavior, enhance risk awareness, and ensure that employees and business partners act in line with legal and regulatory expectations.

Complementing this framework, our whistleblower system reinforces transparency and accountability by enabling employees and external stakeholders to report concerns confidentially and without fear of retaliation.

Compliance reporting

Together, these measures foster a culture of integrity and trust, strengthening our relationships with employees, customers, partners, and society.

Building on this foundation, we recognize that compliance is not static but requires continuous attention. Legal and regulatory requirements, as well as customer-specific expectations, are constantly evolving. To address this, we actively monitor regulatory developments and take a proactive approach to compliance, ensuring we can operate reliably across diverse markets.

Responsible sourcing

At the center of our approach to legal compliance is our commitment to human rights and responsible sourcing. Purchasing plays a central role in this approach. As the interface with our suppliers, it drives the implementation of supplier due diligence and supply chain risk management, ensuring that ESG standards are consistently applied and that risks related to human rights, environmental impacts, sanctions, and compliance are effectively managed.

We operate with a zero-tolerance for forced labor, child labor, discrimination, or harassment. We provide safe and fair working conditions, respecting freedom of association, and ensuring fair wages and working hours in accordance with applicable laws and international standards. This is embedded in our Code of Conduct for Business Partners and forms the foundation of how we conduct business and engage with our suppliers. We expect our business partners not only to meet these standards, but also to cascade them throughout their own supply chains, extending responsible practices beyond Tier 1.

Transparency underpins our efforts for supplier due diligence. By strengthening visibility, accountability, and risk awareness across our value chain, we build trust with our stakeholders and support resilient, responsible, and sustainable business practices.

Building digital trust

At Keenfinity Group, digital trust is a core component of our sustainability approach. As a technology-driven organization, we are committed to safeguarding systems, data, and AI-driven solutions to ensure resilience, reliability, and long-term value creation for our stakeholders. Our approach brings together cybersecurity, data protection, and responsible artificial intelligence governance into a cohesive framework embedded across all operations.

Within this framework, cybersecurity forms the foundation of secure and resilient operations. We embed robust security practices across our activities to protect information assets and ensure business continuity.

Governance is led by our Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), who is fully integrated within the central IT function, enabling close alignment between security and technology and supporting proactive risk management.

Our approach is underpinned by a Group-wide Information Security Management System (ISMS) and a Board-approved Information Security Top-Level Policy, which defines clear standards, roles, and accountability across all business units. This structured governance is complemented by mandatory annual cybersecurity training for all employees, reinforcing awareness and fostering a shared responsibility for protecting our systems and data.

Building on this strong cybersecurity foundation, we place equal emphasis on the responsible handling of data. Protecting confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information is fundamental to how we operate and maintain stakeholder trust.

We apply structured policies and controls to ensure that sensitive data, whether related to customers, partners, or internal processes, is managed securely throughout its lifecycle. Embedded within our ISMS and aligned with applicable regulatory requirements, our data protection approach enables consistent implementation across the Group while supporting secure and reliable global operations.

Extending these principles into emerging technologies, we are committed to the responsible, secure, and compliant use of artificial intelligence.

As AI becomes increasingly integrated into our products and solutions, we have established a centralized governance approach to oversee its development and deployment. This includes a Group-level AI Governance Committee, supported by business unit representation to ensure alignment and effective implementation. Our framework addresses the full AI lifecycle, with a focus on risk classification, oversight, and compliance with evolving global regulations.

By embedding governance into our innovation processes, we reduce risk, enable access to regulated markets, and position our solutions as secure, transparent, and compliant by design − while maintaining the flexibility needed to innovate responsibly.
