Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations are embedded in our governance and day-to-day decision-making, guided by a Group-wide ESG Action Plan approved by Keenfinity’s Board of Management. Accountability for ESG topics is anchored at leadership level, with regular reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Product Officer (CPO).

Through this structured approach, we actively manage the environmental and social impacts of our activities and ensure responsible, economically sound decision-making across our entire value chain.

Committed to science-based climate action

At Keenfinity Group we are committed with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi): On May 2025, we received approval of our Near-Term Commitment from the SBTi.

This milestone confirms our commitment to develop near-term, company-wide greenhouse gas emission reduction targets aligned with the latest climate science. These targets will be defined and submitted for validation by SBTi, ensuring they meet rigorous scientific standards.

This step marks important progress in our climate strategy and reinforces our dedication to measurable, science-based action. We are working to establish robust targets that will guide emissions reductions across our operations and value chain.
