Streamlined Meeting Management

Chairpersons and meeting managers now have full control over meetings, directly managing agenda items, presentations, and voting sessions directly through their tablets using the participant application. This allows meetings to run more smoothly, reducing complexity and improving workflow efficiency. The improved capabilities are especially beneficial for councils, corporate boardrooms, and small-to-medium meeting rooms, where clarity and control are essential.

Multimedia Integration and Accessibility

DICENTIS 6.80 enables images and videos as content sources, which can be displayed on participant devices, multimedia devices, and room displays. This allows for more engaging and visually informative meetings.

Captioning for Greater Accessibility

The software now supports integration with third-party captioning services. Live captions can be displayed on participant devices and room displays. This ensures that all participants, including those with hearing impairments or joining remotely, can follow the discussion in real time, making meeting more inclusive and accessible.

Hybrid meetings also support Single Sign-On (SSO) with Microsoft Entra ID. This allows secure and seamless access for remote participants.

Enhanced Security and Stability

Security has been strengthened with enforced strong password policies, while the system database has been upgraded to SQL Server 2025, ensuring improved performance, long-term support, and compliance with modern security standards. These improvements provide IT teams and users with a secure and reliable meeting environment.

Future-Ready Platform

DICENTIS 6.80 lays the foundation for the upcoming next-generation multimedia devices, delivering a more flexible, efficient, and accessible meeting experience. Organizations can now confidently run both in-person and hybrid meetings with enhanced control, multimedia capabilities, and security.
