Our journey as an independent company is just beginning, built on decades of expertise in security and communication technology. As a Bosch spin-off, we operate in over 90 locations across 50+ countries, delivering state-of-the-art solutions for video surveillance, intrusion detection, access control, and voice alarm systems – all designed to provide security, protect buildings, and assets. Our portfolio also includes professional audio and conference systems, featuring world class brands like Electro-Voice, Dynacord, RTS, and Telex.

What sets us apart? We design and manufacture our solutions in our own facilities in Europe, the Americas, and Asia, ensuring quality and innovation at every step. Beyond our own products, we also offer contract manufacturing services, helping other businesses bring their technology to life.

Peter Löffler

Chief Executive Officer | Managing Director

Peter Loeffler is the CEO of the Keenfinity Group, where he led the successful carve-out of the company from the Bosch Group. Prior to Keenfinity's foundation, he held several senior leadership roles at Bosch, including CFO of the Automotive Aftermarket Division and Executive Vice President in China. He brings extensive global experience in strategy, finance, and operations.

David Hunter

CEO Business Unit Communications Systems

David Hunter is CEO of the Business Unit Communications Systems within the KEENFINITY Group. With over 30 years of global leadership experience - with two decades based in Asia - David brings a proven track record of driving transformation, sustainable growth, and operational excellence across complex organizations. His career spans industry leaders such as Sanmina, Flex, and Music Tribe, with 17 years of direct and indirect experience in professional audio and communications.

Gregor Schlechtriem

CEO of Business Unit Intrusion & Access

Gregor Schlechtriem is CEO of the Business Unit Intrusion & Access within the KEENFINITY Group. With over 35 years in the security and mobility industry, Gregor has a wealth of experience in advancing secure access solutions for connected systems and mobile applications. He joined Bosch Group as Divisional Director in the Netherlands and has been advancing the company’s security portfolio ever since.

Lars Sakwerda

Chief Financial Officer

Lars Sakwerda is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Keenfinity Group and oversees Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Investor Relations, IT, Risk Management and Business Performance. In the past 25 years, Lars held various finance executive leadership roles. In his most recent position, Lars worked as a divisional CFO for AGCO Corporation.

Georg Schlotter

Chief Human Resources Officer

Georg Schlotter is the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of the Keenfinity Group, responsible for leading the company’s global People Strategy, Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Communications functions. With over 25 years of international HR leadership experience across industries including software (SAP), oil and gas (BP), and consulting (Deloitte), Georg most recently served as CHRO of Oerlikon Surface Solutions in Switzerland.

Marc Matthaeus

Chief Transformation Officer

Marc Matthaeus joined the Keenfinity Group as Chief Transformation Officer. He spearheads group-wide transformation initiatives, including operational excellence, and key strategic projects. With his strong track record of managing transformation programs and motivating leadership teams, Marc will build the foundations necessary to accelerate margin improvements, increase sales growth, and bolster shareholder value.

Simon Saba

Chief Procurement Officer

Simon Saba is responsible for the Procurement strategy, including Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality Management of the Keenfinity Group. With more than 23 years of experience, he is a Procurement and Supply Chain Executive leading global, high performing organizations in the Automotive, Mechanical and Plant Engineering industries. Previously, Simon had CPO responsibilities at Knorr Bremse and Eisenmann, and leadership positions at SKF AB, MAN Truck & Bus AG and Metabo.
