Hubertus M. Muehlhaeuser

Chairman of the Board of Keenfinity Group

Hubertus M. Muehlhaeuser is the Chairman of the Keenfinity Group and assumes direct oversight of the four dedicated Businesses and Group functions. He has extensive international experience in industrial and capital goods companies including CEO and Executive roles at CNH Industrial, Welbilt Inc. and AGCO Corp.

David Hunter

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Audio

David Hunter is CEO of the Audio Business of Keenfinity Group. With over 30 years of global leadership experience – thereof two decades based in Asia - David brings a proven track record of driving transformation, sustainable growth, and operational excellence across complex organizations. His career spans industry leaders such as Sanmina, Flex, and Music Tribe, with 17 years of direct and indirect experience in professional audio and communications.

Steve Shine

Chairman IQSIGHT

Steve Shine is a highly respected leader in the global security industry, bringing deep expertise and a proven ability to build and scale technology-driven security businesses. His appointment as chairman represents an important step in IQSIGHT’s ongoing journey and underscores the company’s ambition to drive innovation and long-term value.

Phil Dutoy

CEO Radionix ad interim

Phil Dutoy assumes responsibility for the Radionix Business. Prior to joining Keenfinity Group in 2025, he held a senior role at leading strategy consultancy Strategy& (part of PwC). Throughout his career, Phil has supported Private Equity-backed business with value creation and strategy and advised on many transactions in complex and fast-moving environments. His focus is on driving growth and supporting the business to develop the future value proposition of intelligent and data-rich intrusion detection systems.

Ram Dornala

Chief Executive Officer KEENFINITY Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS)

Ram Dornala is CEO of KEENFINITY Electronics Manufacturing Services, one of four Businesses of Keenfinity Group. He has a wealth of experience in Electronics Manufacturing and Strategic Supply Chain Innovation from previous leadership roles. Before joining Keenfinity Group, he served as COO at Cyient DLM, as Vice President and General Manager at WISTRON, and as Senior Business Director at Jabil Circuit, all based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Christoph Salentin

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Keenfinity Group

Christoph Salentin is CFO of the Keenfinity Group. He oversees Group Controlling, Finance, Accounting, Tax and Treasury, Risk Management, IT and Real Estate. Before joining the company in November 2025, Christoph served as Chief Financial Officer at Innomotics, a Siemens carve-out specialized in electric motors and large drives. Prior to that, he was CFO and Managing Director at KSM Castings Group, and CFO at Siemens Large Drives Applications in China.

Georg Schlotter

Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Keenfinity Group

Georg Schlotter is the CHRO of Keenfinity Group, responsible for leading the company’s global People Strategy, Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Communications functions. With over 25 years of international HR leadership experience across industries including software (SAP), oil and gas (BP), and consulting (Deloitte), Georg most recently served as CHRO of Oerlikon Surface Solutions in Switzerland.

Marc Matthaeus

Chief Transformation Officer (CTRO) Keenfinity Group

Marc Matthaeus joined the Keenfinity Group as CTRO. He spearheads group-wide transformation initiatives, including operational excellence, and key strategic projects. Previously, Marc spent nearly 15 years at AGCO Corporation, acting as Vice President & General Manager Green Harvesting and in strategy developments roles. He started his career at Arthur D.Little.

Simon Saba

Chief Procurement Officer (CPRO) Keenfinity Group

Simon Saba is the CPRO of Keenfinity Group, responsible for the Procurement strategy, including Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality Management. He has more than 20 years of leadership experience in high performing organizations in the Automotive, Mechanical and Plant Engineering industries. Previously, Simon held CPO responsibilities at Knorr Bremse and Eisenmann, and leadership positions at SKF AB, MAN Truck & Bus AG and Metabo.
