Keenfinity Group Creates Two Focused Security Businesses; Phil Dutoy Named CEO of Radionix
Radionix continues as the specialist in intrusion alarm systems while MiCOS becomes the dedicated access control company
Keenfinity Group today announced the creation of two dedicated businesses from its former Intrusion & Access portfolio. Effective September 1, 2026, Radionix will focus exclusively on intrusion alarm systems under the leadership of CEO Phil Dutoy, while MiCOS, led by CEO Gregor Schlechtriem, will become a dedicated access control company. The move strengthens the strategic focus of both organizations while ensuring continuity for customers, partners, products, and services.
Fairport, USA / Eindhoven, The Netherlands, August 31, 2026 - Keenfinity Group today announced the next step in the evolution of its security portfolio. Effective September 1, 2026, the former Intrusion & Access business will operate through two dedicated companies: Radionix, focused on intrusion alarm systems that are fit for the future: data-led, highly secure and seamlessly integrated with the leading security industry players, and MiCOS, focused exclusively on access control solutions.
The move strengthens the strategic focus of both businesses while preserving the technology, expertise, and quality standards that customers have trusted for decades. As wholly owned subsidiaries of Keenfinity Group, both Radionix and MiCOS will continue to build on their strong heritage while pursuing dedicated strategies for their respective markets.
For customers and partners, the organizational changes do not affect the products they know and rely on. Within the intrusion portfolio, Radionix will continue to build on trusted Bosch technologies while introducing new innovations under the Radionix brand. For access control, the Bosch solutions customers know today remain unchanged and continue to be developed, manufactured, and supported by the same experienced teams.
Radionix will continue to focus on intrusion alarm systems, building on a heritage that spans nearly six decades. Phil Dutoy has been appointed CEO of Radionix. Since joining Keenfinity Group in 2025, Phil has played a central role in the company's transformation following the carve-out from Bosch, helping shape its strategic direction, operating model, and value creation agenda. Prior to joining Keenfinity Group, he held senior roles at Strategy& (part of PwC), where he advised leading global organizations on growth strategies, business transformation, and performance improvement.
“Radionix is exceptionally well positioned to build on its strong market presence and further strengthen its leadership in intrusion solutions. Phil has already made a significant contribution to the transformation of Keenfinity Group, and we are confident he will successfully guide Radionix through its next phase of growth and value creation by advancing the product roadmap, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding the broader security ecosystem,” says Hubertus Muehlhaeuser, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Keenfinity Group.
“Radionix has a proud heritage built on reliability and performance, and a deep commitment to its customers, that inspires trust,” said Phil Dutoy, CEO of Radionix. “We will continue shaping the future of intelligent intrusion detection. Our team is focused on innovation and building industry partnerships that define the security ecosystem. We are putting the customer front of mind as we focus on ease of deployment, scalable integrations, and building management.”
Gregor Schlechtriem, who successfully led the former Intrusion & Access business through its transition from Bosch and the launch of the Radionix brand, has been appointed CEO of MiCOS. In his new role, he will focus exclusively on advancing MiCOS as a dedicated access control company and strengthening its position in the global access control market. The return of the MiCOS name reconnects the business with more than four decades of access control heritage while creating a clear platform for future growth and innovation.
