In all other cases we delete your personal data except for such data that we are obliged to store in order to fulfill legal obligations (e.g., we are obliged to retain documents such as contracts and invoices for a certain period due to retention periods under tax and commercial law).

In general, your personal data will only be transferred to other controllers if this is necessary for the fulfillment of a contract, if we or the third party have a legitimate interest in the transfer, or if you have given your consent. Additionally, data may be transferred to other controllers if we are obliged to do so by law or by enforceable official or court order.

1.5. Data transfer to service providers

We involve external service providers with tasks such as sales and marketing services, contract management, payment handling, programming, data hosting and hotline services. We have carefully selected these service providers and monitor them regularly, in particular their careful handling and safeguarding of the data stored with them. All service providers are obliged to maintain confidentiality and to comply with the statutory provisions. Service providers may also be other companies from the Keefinity Group.

1.6. Transfer to recipients outside the Brazil

We may transfer personal data to recipients located outside the Brazil into third countries. In such cases, we ensure before the transfer that either the data recipient provides an adequate level of data protection, exist other valid mechanism to transfer or that your consent to the transfer has been obtained.

If you use our website solely for information purposes, that is, without registering or otherwise sending us information, we process your personal data to provide this website based on our legitimate interest to present us and to ensure stability and security.

4. Registration

If you wish to use services that require registration as part of a contract, we will collect your personal data to conclude and fulfill the contract (e.g., first name, last name, date of birth, e-mail address, and, if applicable, information on the desired payment method or account holder) and, if applicable, other data on a voluntary basis. 4.1. Social Sign-In

We offer you the option of logging into our website with social sign-ins such as Facebook Login and X.

To register, you will be redirected to the page of the respective social network, where you can log in with your data there. This has the effect that your account of the respective network is linked to our service. In the process, the information of your public profile there, your e-mail address and the identification marks of your network friends as well as, if applicable, further data will be transmitted to us by the respective social network.

Conversely, the social network used for registration receives your login status, browser information and your IP address. The provider of the social network or its server may be located outside the Brazil (e.g., in the USA).

If you do not want any data transfer to take place between us and the social networks, do not log in via the social registration services, but use our own registration service instead.

4.2. Communities

We offer you the opportunity to become a member of one of our PROVIDER communities (such as the NAME Community or the NAME Forum). There you can register, create a user profile and communicate with other members. We will use your data generated there only within the scope of the declaration of consent given by you for the relevant marketing, market research and service purposes. You can revoke this consent at any time with future effect. You can revoke your consent via the link provided in the Community. Alternatively, please contact us using the details in the Contact section.

Via your settings in the community, you can choose whether individual details of your user profile are published to all members of the community or only to your "community friends", or whether they remain private.

All other data that you generate in the communities, e.g., by creating comments or pictures, are automatically publicly accessible and are linked to your user profile.

5. Our marketing activities

5.1. Participation in product and customer surveys

On our website, you have the opportunity to participate in product and customer surveys. These surveys are generally anonymized.

To confirm your consent, we use a double opt-in procedure, according to which we will only send you a newsletter by e-mail if you have previously expressly confirmed the activation of the newsletter service by clicking on a link in a notification mail.

You can stop receiving the newsletter at any time by revoking your consent. The revocation takes place for e-mail newsletters via the link contained in the newsletter. Alternatively, please contact us using the details in the Contact section.

In order to design our newsletter according to demand and to optimize our offers, we analyze the reading behavior in our newsletters based on consent. For this analysis, the newsletters contain web beacons, also called pixels.

When you read the newsletter, we record which links you click on in the newsletter and infer your personal interests from this. We link this data with technical information about your terminal device (e.g., time of retrieval, browser type and operating system).

This analysis does not take place if you revoke your consent or have deactivated the display of images by default in your e-mail program. In this case, the newsletter will not be displayed to you in full and you may not be able to use all the functions. As soon as you display the images, the analysis just described will be reactivated.

You contact us via a provided contact form. We store and use data entered in contact forms, such as name, e-mail, address and telephone number, to communicate with you. We process your personal data based on our legitimate interest in customer support and to improve our products and services.

7. Security and protection of rights

7.1. We may also process your personal data to investigate service disruptions and for security reasons to comply with our legal obligations in the area of data security, as well as on the basis of our legitimate interest in the elimination of service disruptions and the security of our offers.

8. Log Files

8.1. Log Files

Every time you use the internet, certain information is automatically transmitted by your internet browser and stored in log files.

Log files are stored by us for the purpose of investigating service disruptions and for security reasons (e.g., to clarify attempted attacks) for a period of 180 days. Log files whose further storage is necessary for the purpose of evidence are exempt from deletion until the final clarification of the respective incident and may be passed on to investigative authorities in individual cases.

Analysis

Google may not use this data for its own purposes or mix it with other data that Google collects about you in other ways, such as when you are logged into your Google account on your browser while visiting our website.

For information on the purpose and scope of the collection, further processing and deletion of the data by the respective provider, as well as your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy, please refer to the privacy policy of the respective provider.

2-Click-Solution

Plugins are inactive by default.

To increase the protection of your data when visiting our website, the plugins are integrated into the page by means of a "2-click solution". With this 2-click solution, we protect you from having your visit to our websites recorded by default and possibly evaluated by providers of the respective plugin.

If you do not want the providers of the respective networks to receive data about your use of this website and possibly store or further use it, you should not activate the respective plugins.

Activating the plugin

Collection of data by the providers 

When a plugin is activated, your browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of the respective provider. Through this, the respective provider receives the information that your browser has called up the corresponding page of our website; even if you do not have a user account with the provider or are not currently logged in to it. 

If you already have a user account with a provider of a network and you are already logged in while visiting our websites, the operator of the respective network may be able to assign the visit to your personal user account as soon as you activate the plugins. This may enable the provider to analyze your usage behavior and store it in a profile.

We are joint controllers with Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Meta") for processing your personal data in the context of Meta plugins on our website.

To determine the respective responsibilities for the fulfillment of the obligations regarding joint controllership, we have concluded a joint controller agreement with Meta. This website uses videos from the video platform YouTube. YouTube is a platform that enables the playback of video files. It is operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland and its parent company: Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

To increase the protection of your data when visiting our website, the YouTube content is integrated into the page in "privacy enhanced mode".
