Principles
The security of all custmer data is important to us, which we take into account in our business processes.

Transfer of data to third parties
Third parties are technical solution groups of OEM partners for our products or associated Keenfinity Group companies.

The data provided by customers are only forwarded to third parties if they are necessary to work on support cases. Data shared with third parties includes log files, system files, and failure descriptions.

As a matter of principle, we will only transmit your data to third parties if this is necessary to fulfill obligations or for processing support cases. All parties involved retain their independent responsibilities for this data transfer.

Transfer to recipients outside the EEA:
We may also need to transfer data to recipients outside the EEA. The recipients are in particular companies they are necessary for resolving the support case (e.g. technical solution groups of OEM partners or within Keenfinity Group).

Duration of storage, retention periods
We generally delete your data as soon as there is no longer a legal basis for the storage. Please note that we may not delete data if we need it to fulfill a legal obligation.

Security of data processing
We take all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure an adequate level of protection and to protect your processed data, in particular from the risks of accidental or unlawful destruction, manipulation, loss, change or unauthorized disclosure or access. Our security measures are constantly improved in line with technological developments.
