The new DICENTIS Electronic name cards have been created to provide a quick and efficient alternative to paper name cards, allowing AV technicians to rapidly change or update participant information from a single location by a simple user interface. Created using very low power consumption E-Ink technology, the electronic name cards are available with a single-sided and double-sided screen.
The screens have been designed to be the optimal size for content and unobtrusiveness, featuring E-ink technology which is known for perfect readability without distractions. Both iterations will display the information that the participant wants, such as a company logo and a name, to the physical and remote audience, while the dual sided version also allows meeting information, such as agenda points, to be displayed on the participant side.

Simple to manage and update, the control software for the DICENTIS Electronic name cards offer an intuitive user interface to create the perfect layout for every participant. The content on the display automatically updates as participants change during the day, saving time and delivering an efficient solution for AV managers.
The DICENTIS Electronic name cards also offer the flexibility to change the seating arrangement on the fly. While seats are allocated in advance, if a participant logs in at a different seat from the one they have been assigned, the display will automatically update to reflect the change.

The DICENTIS electronic name cards feature a clear and crisp display with a 180-degree viewing angle. The display also prevents unwanted reflections and flickering on captured images to enable recording or broadcast. This technology makes the solution the perfect partner to an automated meeting camera system.

Easy installation
The DICENTIS Electronic name cards can be daisy-chained with the DICENTIS cable within the existing DICENTIS topology. Aiding AV technicians and integrators further, the name cards can also be star-wired via PoE and different delegate devices can be mixed on the same cable. The Electronic name cards can be installed as flush mounted into a table or desk or free standing with the separate DICENTIS Electronic name card foot which can be ordered for further flexibility.
